How many raffles packages do you offer?

Fundraising Adventures have THREE FANTASTIC raffle packages to choose from. 

1.         Entertainment Raffle...includes top quality ‘up to the minute’ Entertainment goods such as Camcorders, Digital Cameras, Hi-Fi Systems, Colour Flat Screen TVs, Home Theatre Systems and much, much more.

 2.         Adventure Raffle where the winners will be able to experience their choice of…Hot Air Ballooning, Pamper Packages, Photo Shoot and Makeovers, Rally Driving, Sky Diving PLUS hundreds of other unique experiences.  There is something to suit everyone’s taste.  In fact we have over 780 adventures to choose from Australia wide.

3.         New Combo Raffle where we combine all the prizes from both Entertainment and Adventure Raffles into one. $5 tickets - a way to turbo charge your fund raising profits. Enquire NOW!!!

Do we share the prizes with any other school or organisation?

NO!  We tailor make a raffle fundraising package for your school/organisation.  This will be your own individual raffle.  You don’t have to share the prizes with any other school/organisation, which means that someone from your school or community has a greater chance of winning.  

 

How many tickets should I order?

Fundraising Adventures suggest that you order 1 book per family.  For example, if there are 320 children in the school but only 250 families, we suggest that you order 250 books.  We suggest you only order what you can comfortably sell.  Your Fundraising Adventures consultant will be able to guide you.

 

How many tickets are in a raffle book?

There are 10 tickets in each raffle book, which makes it very easy for children or families to sell.  We find that most families will sell at least one book.

 

How much are the tickets?

There are 10 tickets $2 each ($20 per raffle book) OR our Combo Raffle $5 each ($50 per raffle book) .

 

How many bonus books do we receive?

Refer to our "How Much Money Can You Make Chart", which, subject to pack size will indicate Bonus Books provided free of charge to help you substantially increase your fundraiser's profitability.

 

What types of Incentive Prizes do you provide for ticket sellers?

Fundraising Adventures have put together a FANTASTIC incentive program for all raffle ticket sellers.

We have 20 Micro- HI-FI Systems in total to give away per year.  Every time a participant sells a book of raffle tickets they will be entered into a draw to win one of the 5 Micro HI-FI Systems drawn each term of which your booksellers will be included. This will not only motivate your tickets sellers but will also improve your ticket sales and encourage your participants to sell more raffle books thus increasing your profits!

 Each raffle book will have its own return envelope (supplied to you with the raffle books) to make it easier for you to administer.

 

All participants have to do is:

  • Sell at least one book of Raffle tickets (10 tickets at $2 each = $20 per book) OR our Combo Raffle (10 tickets at $5 each = $50 per book)
  • Return Raffle ticket stubs and money to the fundraising coordinator in the envelope with details clearly printed on the front.

 

THE MORE RAFFLE BOOKS EACH PARTICIPANT SELLS THE MORE CHANCES THEY HAVE OF WINNING ONE OF 5 Micro x HI-FI Systems drawn each term.

 

When is the best time to hold a Raffle?

Raffles have been around for years and continue to be a great way to raise funds for any school, club, church or charity.  The great thing about a raffle is that you can hold them at anytime of the year. 

 Why not hold an Easter, Mothers’ Day, Fathers’ Day or Christmas Raffle.  Another idea is to hold a raffle to coincide with the conclusion of a sporting season, presentation night, concert, trivia night, dinner or fete…AND the great thing is…Fundraising Adventures will do most of the leg work for you…leaving you time to enjoy the rewards and the profits!

 

Who will be in charge of the raffle draw and where will the draw take place?

Usually the person/persons organising the Raffle will oversee the raffle draw.  We suggest that the School Principal or President of the P & C or another person in authority draws the raffle.  The best time to conduct the draw is at assembly or at a special function.  We also suggest that at least two other people be present for the raffle draw.

 

How long should the raffle run for?

Ultimately it is up to the School/Organisation, but we suggest between 5 to 8 weeks.

 

Do we have to pay anything up front?

NO!  You will receive an invoice when your raffle books are delivered. At time of booking this will be discussed further, however as a general rule payment is required prior to ordering prizes. Normally you need to allow 2 weeks for delivery of prizes.

 

When is our Raffle Prizes Delivered?

After head office receives your payment of account your prizes are dispatched immediately   Prizes are delivered to the organising body, by courier (free of charge) within 14 working days.

What type of support do we receive?

Your Fundraising Adventures Raffle package also includes professional and courteous advice from your local fundraising consultant, who will be available for the duration of the raffle to answer any questions you might have and to give you support and ideas on how to make your Fundraising Adventures Raffle a huge success…our service is guaranteed!

 

How long does it take to print the tickets?

We normally like at least two to three weeks’ notice before the commencement date of the raffle.

However contact us if you require more urgently & will be weave our magic!
